What is an Agent?

Agents are external contractors who sign a formal contract with AroundManchester.com™ to represent us in their assigned districts across Greater Manchester and the North West. Unlike Hunters who receive one-time bounties for introductions, Agents work under contract earning ongoing 20% commission on all transactions from businesses they personally onboard in their territory – a significant increase in earning potential.

Agents close sales directly on-premises. You prospect for businesses in your assigned territory, meet them at their business location, handle the sales conversation, answer questions, and if they agree to join, you close the deal right there. No waiting for group meetings – Agents work independently with direct authority to onboard businesses immediately.

Agents and Hunters work separately. Hunters refer businesses through group sessions and earn their bounty. Agents prospect and close their own leads in their territory and earn commission. There's no overlap – either a Hunter onboards a business (and gets their bounty), or an Agent onboards a business (and gets commission). You don't work together on the same lead.

High-earning Hunters are offered Agent contracts. We actively monitor Hunter performance and offer the best performers formal Agent contracts with exclusive district assignments. If you're consistently bringing in businesses as a Hunter, you'll likely receive an Agent contract offer – doubling or tripling your earning potential through 20% commission instead of flat bounties. How Your Commission Works

• Commission Rate: 20% flat rate on all qualifying transactions - straightforward and transparent
• Initial Listings: 20% of the service fee when the listing goes live (e.g., £125 listing = £25 commission)
• Add-Ons: 20% of any additional services purchased (extra 360 scenes, gallery expansions, etc.)
• Follow-On Transactions: 20% if a client adds a second venue or location
• Renewals: 20% if you or a newly assigned agent handles the renewal with the client. If the client renews independently without agent involvement, no commission is paid. This ensures agents are rewarded for actively maintaining client relationships.
• Payment Timing: Paid once the listing or service goes live on AroundManchester.com™
• Payment Method: UK bank transfer only - paid directly to your account
• Tax Responsibility: Self-employed contractor status. You are responsible for declaring earnings to HMRC via Self Assessment.

Your Territory - All 124 Greater Manchester Districts

Agents are assigned exclusive districts across Greater Manchester for six-month periods. Your territory could include areas like:
