1. General Terms

By joining the AroundManchester.com® Catering Directory, providers agree to these terms and conditions. AroundManchester.com® is operated by Tsunagi Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16808727).

2. Eligibility

• Catering businesses, chefs, and authorised representatives may apply for listing.
• Providers must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to operate in the United Kingdom.
• All advertised services must comply with UK food law and consumer protection requirements.

3. Food Safety & Licensing

• Caterers must maintain required food hygiene registrations and certifications.
• Alcohol service and temporary event permissions must be held where applicable.
• Food hygiene ratings and compliance information must be accurate and current.

4. Insurance Requirements

• Public liability insurance is required for listed catering providers.
• Product liability insurance is strongly recommended for all food service operations.
• Insurance evidence may be requested before listing publication or renewal.

5. Service Standards

• Menus, staffing levels, and service format must reflect actual delivery capability.
• Allergen handling processes must be clear and communicated accurately to clients.
• Travel coverage, setup requirements, and event-size limitations must be stated in advance.

6. Bookings & Payments

• AroundManchester.com® introduces clients and providers only and does not manage bookings or payments.
• All service contracts are between the caterer and client directly.
• Deposits, cancellation terms, and payment schedules must be transparent before commitment.

7. Listing Information

• Business details, service areas, and menu claims must remain accurate and up to date.
• Pricing should be clearly stated or marked as “contact for quote.”
• Listings may be suspended where key compliance details are out of date or inaccurate.

8. Content Guidelines

• Profile content must be suitable for all age groups and professional audiences.
• No illegal, deceptive, or discriminatory claims are permitted.
• AroundManchester.com® reserves the right to edit or remove inappropriate content.

9. Testimonials & Evidence

• Testimonials must be genuine and based on verifiable customer experiences.
• Misleading endorsements or fabricated reviews are prohibited.
• Unverified testimonial content may be removed from listings.

10. Limitation of Liability

• AroundManchester.com® acts solely as a directory platform.
• We do not employ, supervise, or represent listed catering providers.
• We are not liable for food quality, dietary incidents, contractual disputes, or event losses arising from provider engagements.

11. Data Protection

• Caterer data is processed under our Privacy Policy.
• Contact details may be displayed to enable direct client enquiries.
• Personal data received from enquiries must be handled in line with UK GDPR.

12. Founder Price Guarantee Clarification

• The AroundManchester.com® first 1,000 joiners lifetime pricing guarantee applies only to the main virtual tour directory service.
• AroundMCR coming-soon sections, including Catering, are not participating services in that lifetime pricing guarantee system.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
