By joining the AroundManchester.com® Equipment Hire Directory, providers agree to these terms and conditions. AroundManchester.com® is operated by Tsunagi Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16808727).

2. Eligibility

• Equipment rental providers and authorised representatives may apply for listing.
• Providers must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade in the United Kingdom.
• All listed equipment and services must be lawful and appropriate for commercial rental.

3. Safety, Maintenance & Certification

• Equipment must be maintained, inspected, and serviced in line with manufacturer and legal requirements.
• Any certification, testing, or compliance records required for hire items must be kept current.
• Safety-critical equipment must include clear operating and handling guidance.

4. Insurance Requirements

• Public liability insurance must be maintained for listed hire operations.
• Providers should hold suitable cover for equipment damage, loss, and transport where applicable.
• Insurance details may be requested before listing publication or renewal.

5. Service Standards

• Availability, condition grade, and rental inclusions must be accurately described.
• Delivery, setup, and collection commitments must be clear prior to booking confirmation.
• Operator support or training provisions must be clearly stated where offered.

6. Hire Terms & Payments

• AroundManchester.com® connects customers and providers but does not manage hire contracts or payments.
• All rental agreements are between the provider and customer directly.
• Deposits, damage waivers, cancellation terms, and late-return fees must be disclosed clearly.

7. Listing Information

• Listing content must remain accurate, current, and not misleading.
• Equipment categories, technical specifications, and service areas must be kept up to date.
• Listings may be paused if safety or compliance information is missing or outdated.

8. Content Guidelines

• Profile content must be suitable for all audiences and professional use.
• No deceptive, unlawful, or discriminatory content is permitted.
• AroundManchester.com® reserves the right to edit or remove inappropriate listing content.

9. Testimonials & Claims

• Testimonials must be genuine and based on real rental engagements.
• Fabricated reviews or misleading capability claims are prohibited.
• Unverified testimonial content may be removed.

10. Limitation of Liability

• AroundManchester.com® acts solely as a directory platform.
• We do not employ or represent listed equipment hire providers.
• We are not liable for equipment performance, project delays, or contractual disputes arising between parties.

11. Data Protection

• Provider data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Contact details may be visible to potential customers for direct enquiry purposes.
• Enquiry data must be handled by providers in compliance with UK GDPR.

12. Founder Price Guarantee Clarification

• The AroundManchester.com® first 1,000 joiners lifetime pricing guarantee applies only to the main virtual tour directory service.
• AroundMCR coming-soon sections, including Equipment Hire, are not participating services in that lifetime pricing guarantee system.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
