AroundManchester.com™ is building Manchester’s premier business directory, and we need dedicated individuals to manage and support our growing network of listed businesses.

As an Agent, you’ll be the primary point of contact for businesses on our platform—helping them maximise their presence, update their listings, and get the most value from AroundManchester.com™. This is a commission-based role ideal for relationship builders who enjoy helping businesses succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of listed businesses on AroundManchester.com™
• Conduct regular check-ins with businesses to update their information
• Help businesses optimise their listings for maximum visibility
• Coordinate professional photography and 360 degree virtual tour sessions
• Upsell premium features and extended listing packages
• Handle renewal conversations and retain businesses on the platform
• Gather feedback and suggestions for platform improvements

Who You Are

• Relationship-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Patient and supportive when helping business owners with technology
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to add value
• Comfortable with basic data entry
• Experience in account management or customer success is a plus
• Knowledge of local Manchester businesses and communities

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with recurring income potential. You’ll earn commission on renewals, upgrades, and upsells from your managed portfolio. As your portfolio grows, so does your income.
